Besides all things theatre and dance, Brenna has started to hone in on strength and cross training; in August 2023, she became a NASM certified personal trainer. When in the studio, she guides her students towards the discovery of their individual style while advocating for dancer safety and injury prevention.

She considers her choreography to be a fusion of classic theatre jazz and contemporary; taking inspiration from Bob Fosse, Jack Cole, and Michael Bennet, she blends their choreographic genius, authentic human movement, and her own personal style to create feel-good works.

At CLI, Brenna trained with industry renown dancers and choreographers daily. With Teddy Forance as a mentor, she broadened her artistry and grew not only as a performer, but as a human. She had the honor of serving as dance captain for Al Blackstone, in “Witchcraft” a piece in CY3’s final performance, “The Last Dance.” She looks forward to more performance and assistant opportunities in her near future.

Brenna Mae Conway is a multifaceted performer based out of the Northeast Region of the United States. She has been dancing for 20 years and teaching for the last 6. She graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with a concentration in Dance Theatre in 2021, and received her BFA in Musical Theatre at The New School December 2022. She most recently completed her mentorship under Teddy Forance at the CLI Conservatory, class of 2024.
